Fried breakfast burritos

So easy & so much better than traditional breakfast burritos! Keep it fresh & lowfat on the inside & add the butter to the outside!!! Stuff a flour tortilla with seasoned cooked egg, bell pepper, ham, potato, & cheese. Pan sear these wrapped goodies in butter untill golden & crispy! The combo of buttery/crispy creamy eggs mixture is the bomb! Buon Appetito!
