Homemade Meatballs

Mamma Mia...You gotta love the meatball! Serve them smothered in marinara sauce over spaghetti, in a toasted sub with marinara & melted provolone cheese, sliced on top of pizza, or by themselves in a bowl with tooth picks (drizzled with EVOO & sprinkled with chopped parsley)! Meatballs are easy to make, packed full of fresh herbs, & perfect for freezing and using later on those busy hectic days! Surprise yourself, your friends, & family with these yummy homemade meatballs! Buon Appetito! Ingredients: Preheat oven to 325 degrees, line a rimmed baking sheet with foil sprayed with nonstick spray............. 1 1/2 pound of ground round..... 1/2 pound ground pork..... 2 eggs..... 1 cup of bread crumbs.... 2 cloves of garlic crushed.... 1/2 tsp onion powder.... Flat leaf parsley-handful of leaves finely chopped.... 2 Tbsp of Italian seasoning.... few dashes of worcestershire sauce.... 1 Tbsp EVOO.... 1/2 tsp Salt.... 1/2 tsp pepper.... Directions: Mix together all ingredients in bowl with your hands. Hand roll the meat mixture into balls. Place uncooked meatballs onto lined baking sheet making sure to leave space in between the meatballs. Bake meatballs @ 325 degrees for 25 minutes or untill cooked through! When done, remove meatballs from pan and cool on a baking sheet or large plate lined with paper towels. Enjoy now or freeze for later date! Buon Appetito! Tip: If your trying to get more greens into families diet, add a handful of finely chopped spinach leaves to the precooked meatball mixture!
