Life is full of sweets & pleasures! One of my favorites are warm homemade chocolate chip cookies with a tall glass of cold milk. Dolce Vita! Treat yourself & enjoy this great recipe! Buon Appetito
Ingredients:......1/2 cup unsalted butter..... 1 cup brown sugar.... 3 Tbsp granulated sugar.... 1 egg.... 2 tsp vanilla.... 1/2 tsp baking soda.... 1/2 tsp baking pwdr.... 1/2 tsp salt.... 1 3/4 cup flour.... 8 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips.
Preparation:.... Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine wet ingredients with electric mixer in a bowl. Slowly add in dry ingredients and chips last. I use a small icecream scoop to drop perfect size cookie dough balls onto cookie sheet. Bake for 10 min. for that soft gooey center cookie! Enjoy!
