Mac & Cheese

The ultimate in comfort food!
1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked, drained
2 cups mostaccioli rigati, cooked, drained (see Note)
1/2 cups sour cream
1 cup plain greek yogurt
2 eggs
16 ounces cheddar cheese, coarsely shredded
8 ounces of monterey jack cheese, coarsley shredded
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Transfer to a 13-by-9-inch pan. Bake until golden and crust, about 40 minutes.
